Section 105
Provincial Coordination Council
(1) There will be a Province Coordinating Council to maintain coordination between provinces and local levels in matters related to policy coordination, strategic partnership in planning management, use of common jurisdiction, use and distribution of natural resources.
(2) The council under sub-section (1) shall consist of the following officers:-
(a) Chief Minister – Coordinator (b) Ministers of the State Government – Member
(c) Chief Secretary of the Province – Member (d) Secretaries to State Governments – Member
(e) Head and Deputy Head of the District Coordination Committee within the province - Member
(f) Chairman and Vice-Chairman of Rural Municipality and Head and Deputy Head of Municipality within the province - members
(G) Secretary, Ministry of Local Government of the State - Member Secretary
(3) Officials and experts of the Ministry may be invited as observers to the committee under sub-section (2).
(4) The meeting of the council as per sub-section (2) shall be held at least once a year.
(5) The procedure related to the meeting of the council under sub-section (2) shall be as determined by the council itself.
